The ingredient of Beef Martini

  1. u00bd onion, chopped
  2. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  3. 1 cup barbecue sauce
  4. u00bc cup gin
  5. 1 tablespoon dry vermouth
  6. 1 tablespoon green olive brine
  7. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  8. 4 (1/2 pound) beef sirloin steaks
  9. salt and pepper to taste

The instruction how to make Beef Martini

  1. In a medium bowl, complement onion, garlic, barbecue sauce, gin, vermouth, olive brine, and basil.
  2. Sprinkle each steak next salt and pepper, and place in resealable sandwich bags. Divide marinade amid each bag, and seal. Ensure that marinade is evenly distributed as regards steaks. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.
  4. sever steaks from bags, and discard marinade. Grill steaks for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
